Collection: MESBG Terrain

180 products

Terrain is the part of the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game that tends to get left until last. The warbands are painted, the rules are learned, and then everyone stands around pushing them across a bare green mat. This is the fix: village houses, broken stone, walls and gates, statues and standing monuments, chosen at a scale that suits MESBG's warband-sized games rather than swallowing the whole table.

These pieces were picked the way a player picks them, not the way a catalogue lists them. Timber-and-plaster villages for the horse-lords. Carved pale stone for the kingdoms of Men. Elven halls, dwarven forges and rough orc camps for whoever is on the other side of the board. Most ranges include ruined versions of the same buildings, so a settlement can be fought over twice — once intact, once wrecked.

All of it is printed to order here in Sydney in non-toxic PLA, at fine layer heights to keep layer lines minimised. It arrives ready to paint — no supports to remove, no washing, straight onto the primer. A few of the larger pieces need light assembly. Production runs 5–7 business days and delivery a further 3–7, so roughly 8–14 business days door to door. Free shipping over $75, and the Gromril Guarantee gives you 30 days to send it back, no questions asked.

Available in 32mm, 28mm, 20mm and 15mm. The same scenery earns its keep on Lord of the Rings roleplaying nights and across into The Old World. Browse the ranges on their own — Kingdom of Saxonia, Kingdom of Noldareth, Kingdom of Durak Deep and Kingdom of Azragor — or widen out to fantasy terrain, settlements and structures and wilderness and nature.
