Our print farm is paused until Sunday 8 November while I deal with a family emergency. The store stays open and you can still order. Here's what that means for you.
If you order today, here's the earliest we expect to dispatch it. These dates are estimates, and orders placed later in the pause will ship a little later.

Delivery after dispatch is the usual 3–7 business days anywhere in Australia, shipped from Sydney.
If you ordered before the pause and haven't had a shipping notification yet, your order is at the front of the queue and will be first off the printers on 8 November.
No problem. Email us any time before your order starts printing and we'll cancel it and give you a full refund.

The Gromril Guarantee still applies to every order. Any returns or replacements requested during the pause will be handled once we're back on 8 November.
